Precautions for floor installation

1.Common woodworking machinery cutting, sawing, drilling, opening tenon can be applied to wood-plastic composites.

2.Fix the wood-plastic keel on the floor with an expansion pipe. The fixed point spacing of the expansion pipe is 500mm-600mm. Screw cap is below the wooden keel surface, wooden keel fixed need to do the overall flat. Keel fixation needs to be flat integrally.

3.Self - tapping screw fastening can be used between wood-plastic and wood-plastic. It is not suggested to use self - tapping screw fastening outdoor. Self - drilling self - tapping screws should be used in plastic wood and steel.

4. Before self - tapping screw fastening is used between wood-plastic and wood-plastic,drill the hole or prebored hole at first. The diameter of the pre-drilled hole should be less than 3/4 of the diameter of the screw.

5. When installing outdoor floor, use a screw between wood-plastic profile and each keel.

6.The joints of wood-plastic floor and keel are connected with plastic buckle.
