Life should not be all work and no play, and nobody wants to be a dull Jack.
It is important to build time into the busy schedule for a team outing.
And here it is, the first outing of BYCON in May, 2021.
This time we went to a farmhouse for rural tourism in Leidian Town, Deqing County, Huzhou City, just an hour drive from where BYCON office is located.
Company decided to give us an opportunity to get close to mother nature in this Post-COVID-Era.
This well-planned BYCON outing encouraged our teamwork, deepened our friendship with both old and new colleagues, and it also reduced our stress from the work.
We not only had fun spending time together in the outing, but the trickle-down effects of this feeling would sure spill over into the workplace as well, creating a more positive working environment in our future works.
