A portable magnetic drilling machine is faster and more efficient alternative to metal hole making machines.
Main Features:
1. Powerful electromagnet: The base of a magnetic drill is equipped with a powerful electromagnet to easily clamp the machine on the workpiece to be drilled, magnetic adhesion boon reach to 15000N. After energizing, this magnet base will strongly fix on the metal workpiece, helps the machine to be steady, does not let the machine dismount during drilling, can work with the machine overhead, horizontal or vertical.
2. Quick change drill chuck: with different shanks for different drilling function. It is easy and fast to attach various cutters and bits.
3. Speed regulation: stepless speed for twist drilling and annular cutting. Six-speed regulation for tapping.
4. Steel railway and column: we use steel to manufacture railway, it extends the service life of the magnetic drill machine.
5. Rebound function: There is a rebound device on the magnetic drill, which prevents drill motor from dropping down suddenly and quickly. Also, provide a withdraw force when doing automatic tapping.
6. Visual tapping depth: there is scale and magnet block on the railway. When you do tapping, just adjust the position of magnet block, when the tapping finish, the motor will be on reversal situation automatically.
7. BMC carry case: it is very light and convenient for carry and storage.
8. Tapping holder set: from M6 to M20.
